Private Physical Therapy Practice

Physical Therapy is covered by most health insurance plans. You usually do not require a physician’s prescription to attend physical therapy and YOU CAN CHOOSE where you would like to go for therapy, even if your physician suggests somewhere else. Most physicians are well aware of our facility and the quality of care that we provide, as Welch Physical Therapy has been well-established in the East Valley since 1996. If you are experiencing pain, weakness, dizziness, or other physical ailments, please call and schedule an evaluation at Welch Physical Therapy. We are usually able to see you within 1-2 days.

Providers at Welch PT are Board Certified and licensed, and all PTs have Masters or Doctorate Degrees in Physical Therapy.
